We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee

All refunds are subject to a restocking fee. This fee covers processing, handling, and inspection costs. The percentage may vary depending on the product and circumstances.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility. All returns must be sent through Australia Post with tracking for processing and insurance purposes. We cannot accept returns through alternative couriers.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (minus any restocking fee) within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
